Youth Personal Training

Precision Multisport’s Youth Training Programs, led by Coach JP, focus on strength, speed work, agility, flexibility, core work, plyometrics, and injury prevention specifically for young athletes looking to unlock their full athletic potential.

These programs are open to all ages, ability level, and sport, and it is a great way to meet other young people wanting to improve their overall fitness!

Each young athlete involved in our Youth Training Program will receive a structured training plan suited to his or her ability and needs. Sessions last from one to two hours.


BASE Training Youth is available at our performance training facility Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, or on Saturday from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please email Coach JP at to learn more about the program and confirm your attendance!
